We offer a range of flexible health and fitness solutions to cater for client's differing needs and abilities, nutritional advice, training for a specific goal, event or sport and pre/post natal programmes. We provide Personal Training, Running coaching, outdoor group fitness classes (FIT2RUN), boxing classes (FIT2BOX) and Nordic Walking. There are no monthly memberships and we'll work with you to create an enjoyable, tailored and challenging programme, which we guarantee will g et immediate results, achieve your goals and lead to a long term improvement in body shape, fitness and health.We can provide one to one personal training as well as couple and group sessions.
Personal Training offers a cost effective and social dimension to exercise in a smaller and supportive environment, whilst still optimising the training for each individual. (Max 4) Please ask for details.
Our Personal Training rates:
Individual: £45 per hour (either at client's house, at JPR studio or outdoors) or
£350 for 10 sessions
Couple rate: £25 each per hour or £20 each for 10 sessions
Groups of 3 or more: By prior arrangement
