"Fit2Run classes are an excellent way to integrate circuit training into your weekly fitness regime.  The circuits are varied each week and are all hard enough that you are waiting for the whistle to blow for the next station due to muscle fatigue.  The cardio section of the class consists of competitive interval training which is so much more motivational than trying to do it yourself.  Personally, I have met lots of like minded people to train with both in the class and outside of it and even a few bicep raises down the pub!"
