A fresh approach to health and fitness

Jackie Robinson, a fully qualified Group Fitness Coach and Advanced Personal Trainer created JPR Fitness to share her passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness with others. Her love of exercise, motivated her through a senior career in retailing and being a mum (2 children aged 4&5). This has given Jackie a unique understanding of people in pressurised careers; mums and people who are generally time poor. Jackie's first love is trail running, and has run in many events, and organised event participation for clients and class members.

JPR Fitness is located on the edge of Wendover Woods. It's the perfect spot for exercising in the outdoors. We also have our own studio, in an inspiring woodland setting. JPR also provides outdoor fitness classes, boxing classes and Nordic Walking. JPR has a team of highly experienced and qualified instructors.

Qualifications and expertise include:

Advanced Personal Training Level 3, Pre & Post Natal exercise level 3, Corrrective exercise, Cycle Spinning, Kettlebells, Boxercise, Running coaching and Nordic Walking. We can also advise on nutrition and weight loss.
